The JMET is the common entrance test for securing admission to the post-graduate programmes in management at all the IITs and IISc. However, the candidates will have to apply separately to each IIT and IISc as per their choices.
Eligibility
Candidates with a bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent, or a Master's degree in any discipline from a recognized Institute / University are eligible to appear for the JMET examination. Students appearing for the final examinations of the above mentioned qualifying degrees can also apply. Eligibility requirements to apply for the Management Programmes vary among the Institutes.
